昼過ぎからはかなりの盛況でした。長老のアンジーが見守る中、若い犬達が元気に走り回りました。「あとむ」は脚の負傷のため見学。「あとむ」の妹のルナは寝っ転がったり、草を食べたり。ブルーは大勢の中に入っていくのが苦手なようでした。チョコは同じ柴犬同士のホクと仲良くなりました。驚いたことに小さなハチが駿足を誇るスピーディーに何度も駆けっこを仕掛けました。しかもハチは猛烈な勢いで走りました。ハイミーもナチョも楽しい一時を過ごしました。

A little after the noon hour some new faces as well as the regulars showed up. In a short while the party was in full swing.

Angel volunteered to supervise the overall activities. Atom's injured leg prevented him from participating in the fun while his sister Luna enjoyed herself running about and eating grass. Blue didn't socialize much. With some getting-used-to, this shy fellow will hopefully come to appreciate other's company. Choco seems to have found a new friend in Hoku. Hachi, tiny though he is, would challenge Speedy, a Saluki, to a race. This itty-bitty toy poodle kept running so fast that I couldn't get a single decent shot of the spontaneous track and field competitions. Jaime and Nacho had a wonderful time, too.
